SCOTCH BROOM PARADE The Scotch Broom Parade is a non-event. It celebrates nothing in particular, it just is. It happens when the scotch broom is in bloom (we noticed scotch broom was being neglected in all the "bloom" festivals the other towns were having). It happens when it happens. A queen is chosen at random at the time. It is part of who we are.
