When it comes to parking, it seems like you can never have enough. Even though this project is designed to encourage people to walk to it, I can also see the following parking needs and income-producing advan-
tages. The north side of the property has room for:
- Visitor parking
- Parking for events
- Overflow parking for the Ferry
- Parking for events on the Wycoff property. (take the water taxi and spare the folks in Eagledale.)
- Parking for Farmers' Markets, Lions Club flea markets, etc.
- Parking for the boat repair yard
