These are the support facilities for The Boat Yard. This includes spaces for riggers and sail makers, a wood shop, and a metal shop. Modeled along the lines of Mystic Seaport or Colonial Williamsburg, it's part educational and part visitor attraction, and 100 percent functional. The main building (#1) also has potential shop space.
